Strait - is a big, handsome, loveable boy! He fondly has multiple nicknames; Clifford, the big red dog, Rolling Thunder, and The Horse! Weighing in at about 80lbs and 26" at the shoulder, he has a big presents compared to our smaller males. Strait is dark in color and has a beautiful head. He turns heads and makes friends wherever we go. Strait not only is great to look at, he is an outstanding field dog. His focus, work ethic and natural talent, make him a joy to train and hunt over. Strait is fast, stylish and is a pinpoint marker. He loves the water and runs great blinds with speed and style! Stait points nicely and should earn his APLA titles over the next year. Strait is a son of the late great FC AFC Hilltop's Hayseed (Bubba) who has been a top sire producing dogs such as '04 NFC FC AFC HR Dewey's Drake of Moon Rivers, FC AFC Valtor's Hayseed Kid and Tiger Mtn's Ghost Rider One, QA2. Strait's mom has her HRCH and MH title and is out of the famous "11 NAFC FC AFC Cody Cut a Lean Grade "Grady". Grady is one of the top producer of titled Labrador Retrievers of all time. We are excited to watch Strait compete in 2023! Watch for him in the master stakes!

Bob is one fun little lady! She has a big personality packed in little package and is often called our "little pocket rocket". Due to an injury as a very small puppy Bob has a docked tail, hence the name "Bobtail". Bob is a third generation SkyRiver pup and it's been so fun to see traits from her dad and grandmother shine through. Bob's sire is FC Tiger Mtn's Pale Rider (Ghost) who qualified for multiple National Retriever Championships. Ghost's sire is FC AFC Wood River's Franchise who is also a overall top producer! Bob's mom, Tee, is a wonderful family companion and excellent hunting partner. She is a great example of why Labradors are the most popular dogs in the US. She is relaxed and happy indoors and full speed ahead when working out in the field. Bob completed her HRC Seasoned Hunter and AKC Senior Hunt title in 2022. We have also started her certified pointing title work with the American Pointing Labrador Association and hope to complete that in 2023. |

We expect these puppies to be excellent All-Around performance dogs with great attitudes and an eagerness to learn. With their strong pedigree we anticipate them to excel in working homes as well as with active families. Strait and Bob are great family dogs and are eager to please, smart and enjoy learning. If you are chasing wild roosters, working over icey waters retrieving green heads or camping with the family, these pups should be a great fit. These puppies should be medium in size, have nice heads and a balanced, athletic build. All yellow puppies are due approximately April 15th, going home about June 3rd.
